How it Works for Students

Step 1 — Find the yoga class for you

Set the timezone to your local time and filter by the class type you want to take. Each class card shows the time, teacher, level and duration. Classes are displayed in upcoming order, or Up Next! You can see how many spots remain at the bottom of the class card.

Step 2 — Request a Zoom link

Once you’ve found the class for you, click on the ‘Get Zoom Link’ button and enter your email address into the pop up form. Hit the Send button to be added to the class and receive an email with the class details. Don’t worry we’ll send you a reminder email about an hour or so before class so you don’t forget. *Make sure your email is correct or you won’t receive the class details!

Step 3 — Hit the mat and take the class!

Click on the Zoom link in the class email you received and the teacher’s Zoom class will open in your browser. Lay out your mat and enjoy your class! Note: Should your teacher cancel the class, you’ll receive an email notification.

Step 4 — Support your Teacher

Included in every class request email is a link to buy your teacher a coffee. If you enjoyed your class please consider supporting your teacher by clicking this button and upping their caffeine!

We do not require students to create user accounts. Requesting a link to a class does not enroll you in any marketing emails or newsletters. Your email will only be used to notify you about the class you requested. In the near future, we are going to roll out student accounts, but they will not be mandatory and, if you prefer, you will still be able to request classes simply by entering your email on the class request pop up.
